Considering the extreme concentration of assets to the wealthy in the countries marked in yellow, which account for roughly half of the world’s population and assets, it is clear　that an extremely high concentration of wealth among the wealthy occurs from the worldwide view. This situation is consistent with the content of [Article No. 1.3.1].
